  • Before renting a bounce house inflatable, always consider the deposit and weather policy. Will you be getting a reschedule option if there is bad weather? Or, will you get a refund in case if there is a cancellation?
  • Ensure that the rental company gives you a guarantee or warranty for the products they provide. It is obvious that you don’t want to end your event with any hidden costs.
  • Make sure that the bounce house you will receive is clean and free from any dirt, debris   or    other dust particles.
  • Always ask for the permit of the company and the insurance service that they carry will certainly  provide you with a peace of mind.
  • Customer service is everything! Don’t waste your time    on a rental company who do not answer your calls and doesn't keep an open line of communication with you.

  • Don’t let the kids into the bounce house slide with shoes, or any sharp objects. Items like pencils, buckles, and pins puncture the inflatable and cause it to collapse.
  • Don’t let any  pets to get inside the inflatable as their nails can easily damage the bounce house.
  • If you are renting the bounce house, don’t let the children get in with colors, crayons, or silly strings. These items cause permanent damage to the inflatable, and extra charges can be applied to you while returning.
  • Don’t leave children unattended as they can fall and get caught which can cause some     injuries that would dampen the fun event.
  • Don’t choose an area for the inflatable house that is more than 100 meters away from the source of power. Power degrades over distances and we need proper outlets in order to power the electric fans to keep air circulating into the inflatables at all times.
  • Don’t set up the inflatable in a compact area as the small space will not let the bounce house inflate properly.
